Description
In Ultra based Courses, accessing the Course Groups > Group > Edit Group, displays the Message Group option. This should be available at the "Course Groups > Group" level. Presently it is only available when editing Groups.
Steps to Replicate
Log in as Administrator
Access any Ultra Course
Enroll as Instructor
Click Course Groups > Group. Create a new Group if one does not exist
Edit the Group and observe the Message Group option on the eclipses menu
Observed Behavior:
You can only send messages to a Group of Users if you edit the Group, Message Group is not available anywhere else on the interface
Expected Behavior:
Message Group option should be available under Course groups > Group
