Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

Create a User

Create an Ultra course and enroll the user as an Instructor

Navigate Admin > Courses > course or organization role

Open the context menu for the instructor role and select Privileges

Search for the privilege Course/Organization Control Panel (Customization) > Properties

Select the privilege and choose Restrict Privileges

Log in as the instructor

Access the course and navigate to Groups

Select New Group Set and choose Manually Assign

Create a group and attempt to edit the Group Name
