Instructors cannot view submissions in completed courses
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
Create an Original View course and navigate into it
Create an Assignment
Log in as an enrolled student and complete an Assignment submission
Log in as an enrolled instructor and grade the student submission
Log in as an administrator and mark the course Complete
Log in as the instructor and navigate to the course Grade Center
Click the chevron menu for the assignment > select Attempt
Observed Behavior:
Not Found - The specified resource was not found, or you do not have permission to access it.
Expected Behavior:
The submitted attempt should be shown (read-only).
Cause
ClosedCourseGuard assumes all POSTS are data-modifying and blocks the submission area of the grade center.
