Login As tool does not work with Unicode characters.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Users > Access a user
Click on the Chevron options > Select Login As
In the Login As window, enter the any Unicode characters in the Reason for logging in as another user field: like double quotation marks (“ ”), a hyphen-minus (-), or special symbols like ★
Observed Behavior:
The session should start successfully, and the system should log in as the selected user.
Expected Behavior:
When clicking the Start Session button, it becomes unresponsive and no action is triggered. The system does not accept the Unicode input, nor does it display any error message, leaving the user without feedback.
