Description
After upgrading Blackboard Learn to Release 4001.0, SSO login fails for users who had an existing valid SAML session before the upgrade.
Steps to Replicate
Log in to Blackboard Learn as an administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Authentication
Ensure the system has a valid SAML authentication method available
In another browser, attempt to log in again as another SSO user previously created to Release 4001.x
Observed Behavior:
The SSO login fails for users who had an existing valid SAML session before the upgrade.
Expected Behavior:
The SSO login completes successfully for users with existing valid SAML sessions after the upgrade.
