After upgrading to 4001.0.0, users receive an HTTP Status 401 - Unauthorized error when clicking the SAML End SSO Session button.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn as administrator

  2. Verify that a SAML authentication provider is configured and active, then log out

  3. On the Learn sign-in page, select the SAML sign-in option and authenticate through the identity provider

  4. Log out and click End SSO Session button

Observed Behavior:
The user receives HTTP Status 401 - Unauthorized error.

Expected Behavior:
The user should be successfully signed out, and the SSO session should end without any errors.
