Description
SSO login or course-access issues because the SAML AudienceRestriction does not match the entity ID configured in Blackboard Learn.
Steps to Replicate
Login to Blackboard Learn using SAML
Observed Behavior:
The user is not logged in, and the following error is displayed. Sign On Error!
"Blackboard Learn is currently unable to log into your account using single sign-on. Contact your administrator for assistance."
Expected Behavior:
The user is logged in without error.
