Description
When biometric authentication is enabled in the Blackboard Mobile App and Force to Web authentication is configured, the Use Biometric ID button is not displayed when a custom login page is used.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Navigate to Mobile B2 and set the authentication type to Force to Web
Enable biometric authentication on the mobile device
Open the Blackboard Mobile App and log in
Verify that the Use Biometric ID button is displayed
From a browser, navigate to Brands > Default Brand > Edit
In the Login Page section, download the default login page template
Upload the downloaded template to the Login Page section without making any modifications
Open the Blackboard Mobile App and log in again
Observed Behavior:
The Use Biometric ID button is missing when the custom login page is used.
Expected Behavior:
The Use Biometric ID button should be displayed when biometric authentication is enabled, regardless of whether a custom login page is used.
