Unable to return to the Administrator Panel from Content Management > Manage Content.
Steps to Replicate
Log in to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
Navigate to System Admin
Navigate to Content Management > Manage Content
Click on the Navigation Panel
Expected Behaviour:
Clicking any other item in the Navigation Panel to remove focus and return to Admin allows return to the Administrator Panel
Observed Behaviour:
Clicking Admin in the Navigation Panel does not return you to the Administrator Panel
