Unexpected message accessing Content Market page in Original Course View

When a user in an Original course selects Content -> Partner Content -> Content Market, a “Coming Soon” page appears. This message is an error and can be ignored

Description

In the Original Course View, the tool area called “Content Market” was where publishers would appear if they used the Partner Cloud integration method. Publishers have transitioned to the LTI Advantage standard, and the Partner Cloud method is no longer supported as of Blackboard release 3900.108. A message that says “Coming Soon” appears erroneously if a user navigates to Content -> Partner Content -> Content Market. There is no expected functionality on this page

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator or Instructor

  2. Go to Content

  3. Open Partner Content -> Content Market

Observed Behavior:

The page incorrectly shows a “Coming Soon” message even though nothing new is expected on that page.

Expected Behavior:

The Content Market page in Original Course View should have no functionality, since Partner Cloud is no longer supported.

Resolution / Workaround

We encourage users to adopt the Ultra Course View. This issue isn’t present there.
