Administrators using the "Email" function via the admin panel are currently encountering a "504 Gateway Time-out" error when attempting to dispatch communications to the students.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

  2. Navigate to System Admin > Tools & Utilities

  3. Select Email > Select "All Student Users"

  4. Type a message and submit

Observed Behavior:

The system takes some time and throws an error "504 Gateway Time-out"

Expected Behavior:

The system should provide a confirmation message or log.
