Administrators are unable to delete Enterprise Surveys. Attempting to delete a survey results in an error message stating "Survey not deleted: Unknown error occurred."

Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

Navigate to Admin &gt; Tools and Utilities &gt; Enterprise Surveys

1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
2. Navigate to Admin &gt; Tools and Utilities &gt; Enterprise Surveys
3. Search for an Enterprise Survey
4. Attempt to delete the survey

The survey is not deleted, and the following error message is displayed: "Survey not deleted: Unknown error occurred."

The survey should be deleted successfully without any errors.
