Create 'Folder' erratically disappears in a Learning Module to which release conditions were added.

Description

'Folder' option disappears from list of Course Content Items that can be created in a Learning Module to which release conditions were added. After adding release conditions to a learning module and clicking the (+) to add content in that learning module, the option to add a Folder is not listed under Create Course Content Items.

Steps to Replicate

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn as an Administrator

  2. Create an Ultra Course

  3. Create a Learning Module within the course.

  4. Click the (+) icon inside the Learning Module to add content

  5. In the Create Item panel, verify that Folder appears as an available content type

  6. Add Release Conditions to the Learning Module and save the changes

  7. Click the (+) icon again to add content within the same Learning Module

  8. Observe the available content types in the Create Item panel

Observed Behavior: Adding Release Conditions to a Learning Module causes the Folder content type to disappear from the list of available content items.

Expected Behavior: The Folder option should remain available in the Create Item panel regardless of whether Release Conditions have been added to the Learning Module.
