Files Linked in Courses do not Show Green "Linked" Checkmark in 360 View after Upgrading

Course files that are used in a course are not marked as "Linked" after upgrading to SP10 or higher.

Description

Content items that were created in SP9 or prior with file attachments do not receive a 'linked' property value in the system. When the system is upgraded to SP10 or higher the files are not marked as linked when viewing the content collection course files 360 degree view.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Install a clean environment with 9.1 SP9 PatchSet 3 applied

  2. Log in as System Administrator and create a course

    • System Admin Tab > Courses > Create Course

  3. Access the course and create a content item with an attachment

    • Course Meny (Content) > Build Content > File (upload a jpg file)

  4. Upgrade system to 9.1 SP10 or later

  5. Access the course and create a content item with an attachment

    • Course Meny (Content) > Build Content > File (upload a second jpg file)

  6. View the 360 degree view for the course

    • Course Control Panel > Content Collection > Course Files > Course ID Contextual Menu: 360 View

    • Under 'Files and Subfolders' area view the 'Linked' column and observe

Observed Behavior:
Green tick is displayed for the second jpg file but not the first jpg file.

Green tick is displayed for both jpg files
