Description
The Course Creation Wizard cannot be used because the link that launches it is not visible. This occurs because Help has been hidden on the page and the text that accompanies the launch link is not independent of the Help feature.
Steps to Replicate
Navigate to System Admin > Courses
Click Create Course Menu and select Wizard
3. Click the ? icon in the top right of the page to turn off Help
Expected Behavior:
The link to Launch the Course Creation Wizard is available.
Observed Behavior:
The link to Launch the Course Creation Wizard is hidden.
Resolution / Workaround
Click the ? icon in the top right portion of the Course Creation Wizard page to turn Help on.
