Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

Navigate to Administrator Panel > Manage Content

Open the institution folder

Select Upload > Upload Files

Upload a file and click Submit

In a course Content page, select Build Content > Item

Enter a name and click Browse Content Collection

Select Browse > Institution Content

Select the file uploaded in Step 5 and click Submit

Click Submit again to finish adding the item

Click the file link's contextual menu and select Overwrite File

Upload a different file and click Submit

Click the file link

Observe that the name remains the same, but the new file’s content is displayed

Return to Administrator Panel > Manage Content > institution

Open the originally uploaded file
