Description
In SaaS Environments, some extremely large Courses and Orphaned Content are not able to be removed via the GUI or Webdav.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Navigate to System Admin >[Content Management] Administrator Search > Content Orphaned by Location
Once the list loads, Click Show All
Find an extremely large Course, click it's chevron and choose Delete
Expected Behavior:
The Orphaned Content is deleted
Observed Behavior:
Failure deleting content
