Description
Some Content with associated Grade Center Columns can not be deleted in the GUI or via the REST API.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Use Partner Cloud to create content with an associated Grade Center Column
Copy all Course Materials in to a new Course
Access the new Course and navigate to the Grade Center
Click the chevron for the Partner Cloud content's Column
Observe there is no Delete option
Use the REST API to attempt to delete the Column
Expected Behavior:
The Column is deleted
Observed Behavior:
An error is thrown:
