Description
The grade entry field will sometimes double up so that there are now 2 grades and or 2 chevrons in the same column for a single Student.
Steps to Replicate
Log in as Administrator
Go to a Course
Add Students and take a Test or do an Assignment
Go to full Grade Center
Click chevron of grade and View Grade Details
Now click Return to Grade Center to go back
Expected Behavior:
Grade field contains a single entry and the field is sized appropriately
Observed Behavior:
Grade field has increased in size, doubling up with a new Chevron and or two grade fields.
Resolution / Workaround
Click Full Grade Center and reload the page.
