Description
When a Student is added to a Course while the Attendance Building Block is unavailable the Grade Center will produce an error when the Attendance Building Block is made available.
Steps to Replicate
Create Course, enroll Instructor
As Instructor add Attendance in order to "upgrade" grade book (adding a new column)
Set Attendance B2 to Unavailable
Add another Student to same Course
Enable B2
Expected Behavior:
Grade Center does not produce an error message
Observed Behavior:
Browser console errors appear in Grade Center and Popup appears if you click on mark attendance
