Log in to Blackboard Learn as an Administrator

Access an Ultra test course

Enroll various users, including at least 1 instructor

Create 1 or 2 automations

Under Edit Actions, set it to Send a reminder message and select the instructor as the sender

Either copy the whole course content folder into a new course, or granularly select items to copy (including the automations)

Make sure the new course contains the same enrollments

Now, archive the same source course and restore a new version of it into a new course

Make sure the restore includes the enrollments
