Description
WebDAV fails to connect when PROPFIND is included in the connection.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
Create a system administrator user and log in as the user
Navigate to Tools > select Content Collection
Create a folder
Select Setup Webfolder and copy the URL
Make a WebDAV connection using cURL entering including PROPFIND and the necessary connection parameters
curl -i -X PROPFIND -H "Depth: 1" -H "Content-Type: application/xml" -u "username:password" https://<domain>/bbcswebdav/users/webdav
Observed Behavior:
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden Server: CloudFront
Expected Behavior:
The WebDAV connection is successful.
