Content Collection Folders With Spaces at the End Causes Error on Archiving

This issue occurs when using WebDAV to create a folder with names ending with a space. This will cause a loop going into the same folder over and over again when accessing this folder through the content collection. Linking such a folder into a cours

Description

This issue occurs when using WebDAV to create a folder with names ending with a space. This will cause a loop going into the same folder over and over again when accessing this folder through the content collection. Linking such a folder into a course prevents archive operations on the course and an error message is produced.
Copying the item with the link to another course propagates the behavior.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an Administrator

  2. Create a folder anywhere in the Content Collection

  3. Add any file into the folder

  4. Open the parent folder within WebDAV and rename the folder, adding a space at the end

  5. Link the folder (or a file from within folder) in a course

  6. Try to archive the course

Observed Behavior:

Error message shows "A fatal error that prevents processing from continuing has occurred."

Expected Behavior:

Archive completes.
