Recursive Deletion of Folders/Modules Causes False Warnings During Batch Edit due to Children Already Deleted

Description

In the Ultra Experience, recursive deletion of folders or modules triggers false warnings during batch edits because the system tries to interact with items that have already been removed.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Ultra Experience as an administrator

  2. Navigate to Admin > Course > Access a course

  3. Create a Folder/Module in the course

  4. Add some content and click on the "..." and Bulk Edit

  5. Check the folder and select Delete

Observed Behavior:
Some items are updated successfully. Review exceptions
(All items are deleted, but bogus exceptions are recorded)
The exceptions are "An unexpected error prevented your content from updating. Please try again later." but this is false.
Expected Behavior:
All items to be deleted without exceptions

Target Release

SaaS Fixed (4001.4.0)
