Enabling Course Recycle bins causing the task to error out and produce an Incomplete in System Tasks. Investigation shows this is due to spaces at the end of folder names. While this cannot be replicated from scratch and appears leftover from the client's self hosted environment, we need to ensure this and find a way to bulk update these foldernames as manual editting does not work.

1. Log in to Blackboard Learn as an Administrator

2. Navigate to System Admin Panel > Content Area Management > Manage Recycle Bins and under /courses Content Area click the button "create Individual Course Recycle Bins"

3. Navigate to System Tasks Status and filter for Recycle Bin Activation

Observed Behavior:

Task shows as incomplete.

Expected Behavior:

The task completes without error.
