LTIA TCC import failed with error 'Unable to convert the given package'

Description

Certain valid LTI Advantage Thin Common Cartridge packages may fail to import due to a schema recognition limitation in Learn, resulting in an incorrect conversion error message.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn as an Administrator

  2. Access to https://partner-smoke-test-a.blackboard.com/

  3. Create a new course and open it

  4. On the three dots in the right side, click on it

  5. Click Import Content and then Import Course Content

  6. Upload the LTIA thin common cartridge attached in this ticket

Expected Behavior:

LTIA thin common cartridge is imported

Observed Behavior:

LTIA thin common cartridge not possible to be uploaded

  • Learn 4000.21.0

  • Learn 4001.0.0
