Description
When administrators attempt to download Course Archives larger than one GB, the download process stops before completion and displays a "Check Internet Connection" message.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course
Add content to the course so its size is greater than 1 GB
Open the contextual menu and select Export/Archive
Click on Export Package and create a package
Once created, click on it to start downloading the package
Observed Behavior:
The download process for the archived package stops shortly after starting and displays a "Check Internet Connection" message.
Expected Behavior:
The archived package should download successfully in a reasonable amount of time.
