Description
Courses cannot be deleted because the archive fails when a Retention Center rule exists on the course and is in a corrupted state.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
Navigate to Admin > select Data Integration > select Data Sources
Proceed to purge records by the desired data source
Observed Behavior:
Not all courses are deleted, courses with corrupt Retention Center rules do not delete because the archive fails.
Expected Behavior:
All courses in the selected data source are deleted successfully.
