Course Activity CSV Download Limited to First 3000 Students in Ultra

In Ultra view mode, when downloading the Course Activity report as a CSV file in Ultra courses with more than 3000 enrolled students, the downloaded file only includes data for the first 3000 students, omitting the rest.

In Ultra view mode, when downloading the Course Activity report as a CSV file in courses with more than 3000 enrolled students, the downloaded file only includes data for the first 3000 students, omitting the rest.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

  2. Navigate to the Admin tab

  3. Create an Ultra course

  4. Enroll more than 3000 students into the course

  5. Navigate to the Analytics tab within the course

  6. Open the Course Activity page

  7. Click on the Download button and choose Download as CSV

  8. Open the downloaded CSV file

Observed Behavior:

The CSV file contains only 3000 student records, despite more than 3000 students being enrolled in the course.
​Expected Behavior:

The CSV file should include all enrolled students without limitation.
