Description
Once Ultra Base Navigation is enabled, scheduled Notification emails are not sent in Organizations.
Steps to Replicate
Note:
It does not matter if the Organization is created in the Ultra or Original Experience. The site only needs to have Ultra Base Navigation enabled
Log into Blackboard Learn (SaaS environment) as System Administrator
Create an Organization
Create a test user with a working email address and enroll the user into the Org as a participant
Create a second test user with a working email address and enroll the user into the Org as a leader
Enter the organization and create an assignment
Log in as the participant and Submit an attempt to the assignment
Wait until enough time has passed so that the email should have been sent
Expected Behavior:
Both the participant and the leader receive an email about the submission receipt.
Observed Behavior:
The participant receives an email about the submission receipt, but the leader does not receive an email about the attempt.
Resolution / Workaround
View the Organization notifications in the Ultra Activity Stream.
