When students use the right arrow in Ultra courses to navigate course content items, once they reach the McGraw-Hill Connect item, the page does not load. A purple circle is spinning instead of the McGraw-Hill Connect page. This only happens when using the Ultra navigation arrow.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra experience as System Admin

  2. Click on the Courses page

  3. Enter any course that uses McGraw Hill

  4. Enter Student Preview Mode > Start Preview

  5. Access the course content

  6. Use the right arrow (→) to navigate to the next item/page

  7. Navigate through the content until you reach the McGraw-Hill Connect Library item

Expected Behavior:
The McGraw-Hill Connect page loads without issue.
​Observed Behavior:
A purple circle spins within the page and the McGraw-Hill Connect content does not load.

Resolution / Workaround

Click on the McGraw-Hill item directly from the content folder.
