Description
If you are on a content area within an Ultra Course and leave the page for several minutes, once you return and attempt to create an item there are several options mission from the Course Content Items area.
Steps to Replicate
Log in as Administrator or Instructor
Access a Ultra based Course
Load the Content page
Click

to load the Create Item view and observe all items are listed
Refresh the page and wait 15-20 minutes
Click

to load the Create Item view and observe
Expected Behavior:
The Create Item area includes all items
Observed Behavior:
The Create Item area is missing Folder and Learning Module items
