Description
When using the plus sign > Create to add a document from computer, the files can only be opened if downloaded.
Steps to Replicate
Enter an Ultra Course
Click the + symbol and select Create
Select Document and Upload any document
Once the upload is done click the item
Expected Behavior:
Document gives the option open or save
Observed Behavior:
The title is not a link and user must use the download option
