Can't access Insight reports from BB home. Multiple clients are reporting one Error when accessing Insight from BB Home tool.

Login to Blackboard Learn as administrator

In Tools, click Insight Report

1. Login to Blackboard Learn as administrator
2. Click Admin
3. In Tools, click Insight Report

An error message is displayed: "The site is not working at the moment, please try again later."
