Description

SafeAssign does not generate originality reports for assignments submitted through Pearson Education integrations.

Symptoms

NOT_PROCESSED and 400 error codes in the SafeAssign REST service calls.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an Administrator

  2. Open an Ultra course

  3. Create a Pearson assignment

  4. Log in as a student and submit the assignment

Expected Behavior:
A SafeAssign originality report is generated for the student's submission.

Observed Behavior:
No SafeAssign originality report is generated for the student's submission.

  • Learn 4000.21.0
