Description
Rubric does not divide ranges correctly when fractional points are used.
Steps to Replicate
Login to Blackboard Learn as an Instructor
Enter a Course
Create a new Rubric (Course Tools > Rubric > Create Rubric)
Set "Rubric Type" to "Point Range" and create a Rubric
Create and Assignment under Content button and make it available and assign the Rubric just assigned
As Student:
Access the Course and Assignment and upload a document to create the attempt in Grade Center
As Instructor
Access the Course and go to the Full Grade Center
View the attempt for this Assignment/Student and Grade by Rubric
Expected Behavior:
The Rubric range should display a range of 0.10 increments as it shows with column A which range is 9 to 10 (e.g. "9, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5 ... 9.9,10")
Observed Behavior:
The ranges divided when using fractional points do not seem to be correct. It displays a range of "8.0, 8.09, 8.18, 8.27, 8.36, 8.45, etc." instead of increments of 0.10
