DocViewer Fails to Open Assignment Submissions with More Than 50 File Attachments

Opening an assignment submission with more than 50 uploaded file attachments causes DocViewer to fail and prevents the submission from opening.

Description

Assignment submissions containing more than 50 file attachments cannot be opened by instructors or administrators because the submission fails to render in DocViewer.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Create an Ultra course

  3. Create an Assignment

  4. Log in as a User and start an Attempt

  5. Upload 51 file Attachments

  6. Submit the assignment

  7. Open the Submission as an instructor or administrator

Observed Behavior:
The message "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page." is displayed. The submission does not render.

Expected Behavior:
The submission opens successfully and all attachments render in DocViewer.
