Description

When submitting an assignment file from the Blackboard app in an Ultra course, the file is not available to preview via Box for inline grading. Only the file name is displayed (URL encoded) and available to download, but it is not rendered inline by the Box service.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into a Blackboard Learn SaaS environment as Instructor

  2. Create an Ultra course

  3. Create an assignment and enroll a test student

  4. Log into course as student

  5. Submit assignment with a file (via desktop)

Observed Behavior:
The file is rendered inline by Box for instructor grading preview and student review.
6. As the test student, log into the Blackboard app
7. Submit the same assignment with a file via the app
Expected Behavior:
The file renders inline preview just like desktop submissions.
Observed Behavior:
The file name is displayed with URL character encoding. It can be downloaded, but it is not rendered inline by Box.
