Description
In Ultra view mode, when printing the SafeAssign Originality Report in Ultra courses, Arabic text within submitted documents is not rendered correctly and appears as empty rectangles in the print preview page.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience with SafeAssign enabled as an administrator
Navigate to Admin panel > Courses
Create and access an Ultra course
Create 2 users, an instructor and a student > Enroll these users in the course created in step 3
As the instructor, create an assignment and enable SafeAssign plagiarism checking
As the student, navigate to the assignment created in step 5 > Submit a document containing Arabic text
As the instructor, navigate to the course > Gradebook > Open the created assignment in step 5
Select the student's submission created in step 6
On the right panel, under Reports, click Additional Content
Click Print (Print Originality Report)
Observed Behavior:
The SafeAssign Originality Report opens in print preview mode, but Arabic text is not rendered and appears as empty rectangles.
Expected Behavior:
The SafeAssign Originality Report print preview should correctly display Arabic text using appropriate fonts, allowing accurate viewing and printing.
