Description
The Ultra user interface is not amenable to Printing. Areas in the Original Experience courses which printed correctly before Ultra Base Navigation was not turned on print poorly after Ultra Base Navigation is enabled.
Steps to Replicate
Log into a Blackboard Learn SaaS environment, with Ultra Base Navigation enabled
Enter an Original Experience Course
Navigate to Grade Center > Full Grade Center
Use the browser to print the page
Expected Behavior:
The printing results are similar to those before enabling Ultra Base Navigation.
Observed Behavior:
There is a lot of overlapping text, and objects that are not visible on the screen may be printed.
Resolution / Workaround
If trying to print the Grade Center:
Use the Work Offline feature to download the Grade Center as a spreadsheet
Print the spreadsheet instead
For other content:
Copy and paste the content into a Word processing document
Re-format as needed
Print the document instead
