Description
The activity log for Feedback Automation remains empty even after the automation has been triggered in Ultra courses.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
Open an Ultra course
In the Course Assistants section, under Automations, select View automations
Click New Automation and select Configure for Send feedback reminder
Enter a name for the automation
Set the number of days to 1 day and click Done
Edit the message and click Save
Create a Test in the course and make it available to students
Log in as a student and submit the test
Log in as an instructor, grade the test, and leave feedback comments
As a student, do not view the feedback
After one day, log in as the instructor, go to Automations, and open the Activity Log for the automation
Observed Behavior:
The Activity Log displays “No events to show yet.”
Expected Behavior:
The Activity Log should display entries showing the automation activity for the student.
