Description
Though the User is enrolled in a Course and has a valid email address, the message "After you're enrolled in a Course, return here to select your email notifications." is displayed.
Steps to Replicate
Access Learn as an Administrator
Create a test User with an email address
Enroll them into a Course with the role Teaching Assistant / Support Staff
Login as the User
Navigate to profile > Global Notification Settings > Email notifications
Expected Behavior:
Email settings options should be displayed in the Notification Settings peek panel
Observed Behavior:
The message "After you're enrolled in a Course, return here to select your email notifications." is displayed
