Description
When creating or editing an existing Announcement, the status of the Announcement shows as unavailable even if the "Not Date Restricted" option is selected.
Steps to Replicate
Log into any SaaS environment with Original Experience enabled
Go to System Admin > Courses
Search for a Course and enter it
Click on Quick Enroll
Click on Announcements > Create (or Edit existing) Announcement
Make sure the Not Date Restricted option is selected
Click Submit
Expected Behavior:
The Announcement will show as available with a message like "Posted on: Wednesday, August 31, 2016 9:05:04 AM EDT"
Observed Behavior:
Message: Item is not available
Resolution / Workaround
Refresh the page immediately after creating/editing the Announcement.
