Description
If an Instructor schedules a Course Announcement for the future, the pop-up for the Announcement displays the date/time that it was created instead of the time it was actually released.
Steps to Replicate
In a SaaS Ultra Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create and access an Ultra View Course
Create two Users
Enroll one as an Instructor
Enroll the other as a Student
Log in as the Instructor and access the Course
Create an Announcement
Enter a Title and Message
Check Scheduled Announcement
Set the Show On for a time 5 minutes in the future
Click Save
Wait 5 minutes then access refresh the Course
Expected Behavior:
The Posted time listed is the same as the Show On time
Observed Behavior:
The Posted time listed is when the Announcement was created
