Description
If an Announcement is created in an Ultra View Course that contains a weblink, it will not post.
Steps to Replicate
In a SaaS Ultra Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create and access an Ultra Course View Course
Create an Announcement that has a weblink in it
Expected Behavior:
The Announcement posts
Observed Behavior:
The Announcement does not post
