The Box Annotated PDF download does not show double-byte characters correctly.
Steps to Replicate
In an Ultra Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create and access an Ultra View Course
Enroll in the Course as an Instructor
Create a User and Enroll it as a Student
Create an Assignment
Log in as the Student
Submit the Assignment with a document attachment
Log in as the Instructor and access the submission
Grade the Assignment and annotate the document
Be sure to use some multi-byte characters
Download the PDF of the annotated submission
Expected Behavior:
All characters in annotations are clearly readable
Observed Behavior:
The multi-byte characters in annotations are not readable
