Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an Instructor
Access an Ultra course
Go to Course Content
Create a test or assignment with multiple lines of text.
Enter into Student Preview
Attempt the test or assignment and provide multiple lines of text in the response
Exit Student Preview
Navigate to Gradebook
Click the test or assignment ellipsis menu icon
Select Download Results
Observed Behavior:
Downloaded file shows "\n" escape character for every new line.
Expected Behavior:
No "\n" escape characters in the downloaded file.
