Description
Users with a custom Primary Institution Role see an icon with the default plus (+) symbol, instead of the custom Navigation Logo.
Steps to Replicate
In a SaaS Enrivonment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create a custom Theme
Create a custom Institution Role and assign it the custom Theme
Create a test User and assign it the custom Role
Convert the Environment to Ultra
Log in as the test User
Expected Behavior:
The custom Navigation Logo is shown at the top left of the page
Observed Behavior:
The default plus symbol is shown at the top left of the page
Resolution / Workaround
Reset the branding to default before switching to Ultra.
