Description
Attempting to upload multiple files to the Content Collection or Course files results in an "Authentication failed" message.
Steps to Replicate
Login to Blackboard Learn
As a User with the Instructor role in the Course, open that Course and navigate to Control Panel > Content Collection > <Course id> > Upload > Upload Files > Multiple Files
Activate Java if prompted. If asked if you want to run Java in a pop up, click Run
Using Browse or the drag and drop method, select multiple files and add them to the file list
Click Submit
Expected Behavior:
All files selected are uploaded to the Content Collection
Observed Behavior:
The message "! Authentication failed" is displayed on the top right of the file list box
