Description
The Download Gradebook function includes non-gradable items data when the course contains only one gradable item.
Steps to Replicate
Log in to Blackboard Learn as an instructor
Open an Ultra course
In the Content area, create a Form and add an Essay question
Configure the form as non-gradable
Return to the Content area and create an Assignment
Configure the assignment as gradable
Log in as student and submit attempts for both the form and the assignment
Log back in as the instructor and navigate to Gradebook > Grades
Click the Download Gradebook icon
Under Record Details, select the assignment
Notice that the Select All Items option is automatically selected
Click Download
Observed Behavior:
The downloaded gradebook includes data for both the assignment and the form.
Expected Behavior:
The downloaded gradebook should include only the assignment data.
